The Partner Network of SwissEnergy
The Management Information System (MIS) joins the individual partners of SwissEnergy and program management in a virtual information and management network. The offices of over 20 partners and the program management in the Federal Office share online access to the joint MIS project and process database.
Overview and Transparency
The planned products of SwissEnergy are either formulated and developed by interested parties or announced to the market by the partners. Business and financing plans are entered and shown as offers in a uniform electronic application form. This ensures that the project descriptions, budgets, activities and forecasted results are developed in a transparent pattern based on the same criteria. The best possible mixture of products and accompanying measures is then decided by the partners along with the BFE.
Integrated Contract Management and Reporting
On the basis of uniform principles, MIS creates the contract materials necessary for involving the individual actors in the market. The partners then receive electronic semi-annual and annual reports on the measurable results of the individual products. The reports and accounts are imported into MIS and checked and authorized in the partner offices. The projects themselves are checked at the end of each year. Successful products can be upgraded in the following year. Less successful products have to be reconsidered by the partners and then either improved or discontinued. The MIS also generates and updates a general website that contains a directory of all the projects of SwissEnergy partners.
